Zoki provides a technology platform for managing the operation of land developers, real estate developers, urban developers and portfolio administrators. Zoki is not a public agency and does not provide legal, accounting, urban planning, environmental or financial advisory services.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for compliance with applicable law in their operation.

4. Intellectual property

All content, marks and software are property of Zoki or its licensors.

5. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Mogi Guaçu — SP is the elected forum.
